Bintan Lagoon Resort is an Indonesian-style 470-room resort located just 75 minutes from Singapore via direct ferry.

The resort boasts a wide selection of gourmet options and is world-renowned for its two exceptionally designed championship 18-hole golf courses. The Jack Nicklaus Sea View Course and Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands Course both offer spectacular signature holes and fast greens undulating fairways.

We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to President Director with strong secretarial and organizational skills and strong English to support the President Director in day to day operations.

This role will be based in Bintan, Indonesia.

Personal Assistant to President Director (Hospitality Industry)

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative,  organizational,  and logistical service to  the PD, helping him to  manage and prioritize  his time. You will be part of a team that works to ensure that all members of the senior team are supported at a high level. You should have experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management with excellent secretarial and organizational skills. You will be able to manage a complex and demanding workload, be able to work to deadlines and have the ability to assimilate large quantities of written and verbal communication quickly. Your job scope will encompass the following:

  • Manage and maintain the PD’s calendar.
  • Minute general meetings as required.
  • Organise and coordinate   travel  and  accommodation  requirements   in  connection  with  others   and  ensure arrangements are in place for the PD and match his requirements.
  • Respond to emails, fix appointments and meetings, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments for PD.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the PD, including the drafting of general replies.
  • Create highly effective organizational and filling systems.
  • Answer incoming calls, filter general information and invitations to the PD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Follow up on pending matters of  all departments and keep the Board of Directors updated weekly.
  • Coordinate and set up interviews with potential as well as prepare employment contracts, arrange arrival and accommodation/housing of the new staff (management level).
  • Ensure guest/client meeting with the PD are well taken care of.
  • Organise printing for business cards.
  • Prepare the attendance record of Executive Office for payroll.
  • Remuneration Salary Package/Benefits and Performance Bonus will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.

Keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan

  • A minimum of 3 years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Bahasa).
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Shorthand and excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy essential.
