Job Description: 

  • Plan and execute Marketing Strategy and Campaigns (both online and offline) with emphasis to increase the user base and retention rate of Baca App across Indonesia 
  • Maintain existing partnerships and develop new partnerships with focus on massive new user acquisitions
  • Develop innovative and creative strategies to heighten user engagement, user interest and brand awareness 
  • Ability to research and analyze complex situations and present effective and practical solutions to current challenges
  • Manages all aspects of marketing materials production, event participation and online presence

  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian

  • Has previous experience (at least 1-2 years) in the digital industry, focusing on user acquisition/brand awareness/user retention.
