Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are currently seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to develop and grow its business. Our ideal candidate has sales experience and possibly proven online sales experience at a major web property. A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organisational skills needed to drive deals to closure in a new business environment. Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and convincing in person and via phone on both transactional and high value/exposure deals. Additionally, the ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is appreciated.

Responsibility

  • Follow up leads, call potential vendors to set appointments
  • Schedule meetings with potential vendors
  • Negotiate contract term and structure deals
  • Work with the rest of the team to get images and text of the vendors products online
  • Work with marketing to boost sales

Persyaratan

Keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in eCommerce
  • Enthusiasm for Internet and its possibilities
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Ability in working independent as well as team-working
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Enthusiastic, creative, well-organised
  • Strong analytical skills and can deal with numbers
  • Structured person focused on process, details, and quality


Preferred Qualifications

  • Good network of existing contacts to Indonesian traders and sellers desirable
  • Previous experience in fast-paced high-pressure sales environment with short closing cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree is required with Masters preferred
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
