Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for daily administration, filing document, correspondences
  • Conducting general office administration
  • Manage the storage and security of documents
  • Any additional tasks assigned by supervisor or directing staff

Persyaratan

Keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan

  • Female, max 32 years old
  • Having work experience as call center is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having interest in makeup and body care
  • Good in administration works
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in English is an advantage
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication
  • Organized, meticulous and able to do multi-tasking
  • Able to work under pressure and work under tight deadline
  • Trustworthy, detail oriented, hardworking and responsible
