Job Descriptions:

  • Help our customer with their hotel bookings
  • Make recommendations and suggestions to help with hotel booking
  • Provide customer with simple techincal support 
  • Liase with hotels and suppliers to ensure smooth booking process



Persyaratan

Keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan

Job requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having call center experience background will be an advantage
  • Computer literate and internet savy, able to type minimum 50 words per minutes
  • Customer and Services Oriented
  • Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast paced working environment
