  • Handle general inquiries from customers.
  • Respond to inbound calls and email from customers
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on transactions
  • Identify and fulfill customers’ need properly
  • Effectively answer customers’ inquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customers’ issues
  • Document all call information according to the standard operating procedure


Keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any fields
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Pleasant voice pitch and tone
  • Good communication skill and very patient
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
